Directions

The Crescent is off London Road (A533), just to the south of Northwich Town Centre.

From the south (M6) View Map
M6 to Junction 18; A54 towards Middlewich. Right at 1st roundabout; right at 2nd roundabout; right at traffic lights. Follow road for approx 3.5 miles. Straight over 1st roundabout, left at 2nd roundabout (A556 Chester). Straight through traffic lights, then continue for approx 1.5 miles. Right at roundabout, then immediately left onto A533 at crossroads. Straight over 1st roundabout, straight over 2nd roundabout, straight on through traffic lights, The Crescent is 1st left after traffic lights.

From the north (M6) View Map
M6 to Junction 19; A556 towards Northwich. Straight through 2 sets of traffic lights, straight on at 1st roundabout, straight through another set of traffic lights, then after approx 1.5 miles, right at roundabout, then immediately left onto A533 at crossroads. Straight over 1st roundabout, straight over 2nd roundabout, straight on through traffic lights, The Crescent is 1st left after traffic lights.

From the north/south (A49) View Map
A49 to crossroads with A556. Turn onto A556 heading towards Manchester. Straight through 2 sets of traffic lights, over Blue Bridge (over the river), and continue to roundabout. Left at roundabout, then immediately left onto A533 at crossroads. Straight over 1st roundabout, straight over 2nd roundabout, straight on through traffic lights, The Crescent is 1st left after traffic lights.

From other directions
Aim to hit the M6, A49 or A556 and follow the directions above. The A556 extends as far as Chester to the West (follow directions from the A49 crossroads), and the M56 to the East (follow directions from M6 north)

Trailers
For the Northwich Head Races, and the Northwich Regatta, visiting crews should park their trailers in Sir John Deane's College - this is clearly signposted off the A533 London Road, and is approx 1/2 mile further South of the Town Centre.
At other times if you wish to bring a trailer down The Crescent, be aware that it is very difficult to turn left off London Road (coming from the south) into The Crescent with a trailer - it is advisable to approach instead from the Town Centre.
